BIG APPLE BASKETBALL TRAINING OPTIONS

-OPTION 3  BASKETBALL SKILL DEVELOPMENT, ALONG WITH SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS, BALANCE, POWER, FLEXIBILITY, CONDITIONING AND VERTICAL JUMP (GROUP SESSIONS) - 2 HRS.
$30 PER SESSION,  (rate for upfront payments, must pay for a min. of 3 sessions)
$40 PER SESSION, (pay per-session rate, but must pay prior to session!)
$50 PER SESSION, (on-site payment, if there has been no advance payment made)

The Big Apple Basketball Training will improve your overall basketball skill development, basketball IQ and conditioning.  Areas of emphasis include shooting, passing, ballhandling, rebounding, defense, moving without the ball, mental toughness, decision making, work ethic, courtsense, coachability, speed, agility, quickness, balance, power, flexibility, vertical jump and conditioning.

*TRAINING SESSIONS ARE HELD AT BARUCH COLLEGE IN MANHATTAN (55 Lexington Avenue, corner of E. 24th Street & Lexington Avenue)
